Farelow does not sell flights, hotel rooms, or rental cars. When you click "Open" or "Book" on Farelow, your browser is taken to one of our booking partners, where you complete the purchase under their terms. Farelow is not party to that contract.

Price and availability

Prices and availability displayed on Farelow are cached snapshots and may be out of date. Always verify on the partner's checkout page before booking.

Refunds, cancellations, changes

All cancellation, change, and refund requests must be made directly with the booking partner who issued your ticket or reservation. Farelow cannot process refunds.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Farelow is not liable for travel disruption, missed connections, denied boarding, or any consequential loss arising from a booking made via a partner link.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England & Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
